because we don't just think our emotions, stress, anxiety, trauma or overwhelm - we FEEL it in the body

Real change doesn't come from pressure or pushing through - it begins with safety.

I meet you where you are at and support you to feel able to cope, process and move forward, even when life feels challenging.

I work with a bottom up approach, which is different to the traditional top down approaches, people come to me when they've tried other things that haven't quite worked and cannot believe the transformation.

About Caroline

I’m Caroline, a Mum of 3 and a cheeky cavapoo.

I help people feel safe enough to create change that supports their mental wellbeing and their nervous system.

My work is rooted in a simple belief that when we understand whats happening in our bodies (our nervous system) behaviour makes sense, shame softens and we begin to feel calmer, clearer and more able to cope.

I support people who are holding a lot, people leading in their families or workplaces while quietly struggling inside.

I integrate a range of approaches alongside specialist knowledge and lived experience which allows me to support you as a whole person, not just your thoughts, but your body, your experiences and your whole self.

This work matters to me personally and professionally, I know what it's like to be stuck just surviving. I also know the difference it makes when someone truly understands whats happening underneath and offers practical tools to move forwards safely.

Do I need to know what I want to work on before reaching out?

No. Many people start without clear words or goals.

We begin by creating safety and understanding, and take things from there.

Will I have to talk about difficult experiences straight away?

No. You’re always in control of what you share and when.

Nothing is rushed or forced.

What if I feel nervous about reaching out?

That’s very common.

You’re welcome to take your time, explore the site, or ask a question before deciding.

Is this therapy?

This work is trauma informed and nervous-system-led, but it isn’t therapy.

It’s supportive, educational and relational, focused on safety, understanding and choice.

I do offer some therapeutic modalities within my work such as Brainspotting and IEMT.

What changes for people over time?

Over time, many people notice they feel calmer in their body, understand themselves and others better and cope with life’s challenges with more confidence and choice.
