Coming up with Caroline

Trauma informed workshops and training...Rooted in safety, understanding and real-world support.

This page brings together the workshops, events and training I’ll be offering over the coming months.

Each session is trauma informed, nervous-system-led and grounded in compassion, clarity and choice.

Some workshops are for individuals and parents - we even have one for teens!
Others are for practitioners, organisations and communities.

You can explore each option in more detail or book directly if you’re ready.

Start wherever feels most relevant... ongoing support, learning or professional development.

Some workshops are delivered in partnership with The Mental Wellbeing Company.

Relationship Red Flags for Teens

Coming Easter Half Term 2026

Relationships should feel safe, respectful and supportive, but many young people are never taught what healthy actually looks like.

This workshop is designed for teenagers who want to better understand:

• What healthy relationships feel like
• Early warning signs and red flags
• The difference between control and care
• Social media pressure and manipulation
• Boundaries, consent and self respect
• How the nervous system responds to stress in relationships

The session will be trauma informed, practical and interactive, with space for questions but no pressure to share personal experiences.

Ideal for young people aged 11 - 18.

Parents often tell me they wish they had learned this at 14 instead of 34.

Spaces will be limited to keep the environment safe and supportive.

More dates and workshops will be added as they’re confirmed.

If you’re choosing what feels right for you, take your time.

Some workshops are delivered in partnership with The Mental Wellbeing Company.
