Welcome to Mindful Kids Blackpool

Classes are led by Caroline Hargreaves and she is often joined by her team of three mini's. Caroline is a Somatic Trauma Informed Wellbeing Specialist, with a passion to support parents and children to connect and thrive, which is why she decided to join Lise the Founder of Mindful Kids and bring it to Blackpool.

Caroline understands the importance of connection, feeling safe to be ourselves and to be able to express ourselves through mindful activities.

Caroline wants to share with parents and children a safe space to just be, but also to bring in education and awareness which includes breathwork, regulation skills, knowing how our bodies feel and how we can navigate that, giving children and parents tools to cope, to find calm, to be connected and to thrive.

Caroline currently runs classes in Blackpool at Claremont Park Community Centre - a lovely space with access to a secure outdoor space as well as the park.

Everyone is welcome.

This is a space where we let children be free, explore, learn, be creative, discover about themselves and others to give them a beautiful start in life.
