What Sessions Are Like
Sessions are calm, supportive and paced.
We focus on helping your body feel safe enough to settle, make sense of what’s happening and gently build capacity to cope and more forwards.
You don’t need to prepare or perform.
You can show up exactly as you are.
I may draw on approaches such as nervous system education, somatic practices, Brainspotting, IEMT or coaching - always guided by what feels supportive for you.

It’s supportive, educational and relational, focused on safety, understanding and choice.
I do offer some therapeutic modalities within my work such as Brainspotting and IEMT.
